Pull Cylinder

Pull cylinders are similar in design to double-acting differential cylinders, but have a special mode of operation: While there are hydraulic connections on both the piston and rod sides, only the rod side is actively pressurised. This results in a targeted pulling movement, while the return movement is achieved by external forces such as the system's own weight. This design enables efficient, powerful and precise control of tensile forces.
